As of today with only ship to the United States and Canada.
We currently use United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.), and FedEx to ship our Popcorn.
Prior to checkout, you get a list of shipping options along with the prices, from which to choose.
Kalli's Popcorn Shop reserves the right to use an alternate shipping service other than the selected method to expedite the delivery process. This will have no impact on the cost of shipping.
*NOTE: Orders may not ship same day as purchase.
Since our Popcorn made directly in our store, all shipments will originate from Apple Valley, MN, a southern suburb of Minneapolis & St. Paul.
Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our store location and the shipping preference you select. Most shipments are shipped the following business day form the date of order.
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering. We charge standard UPS rates. Shipping rates will be displayed before you make a purchase.
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then send an email to email@example.com to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements to return the damaged order.
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for an item sent to you in error or an order damaged in shipping. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the item. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated.
We will also pay for return shipping for an item sent to you in error or damaged in shipping.
